These terms cover this website and coaching with Iron Life Coaching (AJ Caldwell, "we", "us"). By applying or joining, you agree to them.
Applying
Coaching is by application. Sending an application or booking a call does not make you a client.
If it looks like a fit, we talk on a call. If we both want to go ahead, you get the price, the term and the payment options on that call.
Payment
Coaching is paid in full before it starts. Structured instalments are available when agreed on the call.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Refunds
No refunds, unless we fail to deliver the coaching you paid for.
Your health
Coaching is not medical advice. Check with your doctor before you start a new training or nutrition plan.
Tell us about any injury or medical condition before you start. Chronic or acute injuries are referred to a professional.
You train and follow the plan at your own risk.
Results
No guarantees. Results depend on you, your body, and how closely you follow the plan.
