Iron Life Coaching (AJ Caldwell, "we", "us") runs this website, the Instagram account @ajthakid, and the tools we use to reply to you. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
Details you give us in the application: name, email, phone, Instagram handle, age, your goals, where you are now, and when you want to start.
The time you book for your call.
Messages you send us on Instagram, and our replies.
Basic website activity on this site: pages viewed, the page you came from, and a first-party cookie that links your visits to your application. No third-party advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to you, book and run your call, and coach you if you join.
To remember what you told us so you do not have to repeat it.
To understand which pages and posts bring people to us.
Who sees it
AJ and the Iron Life team.
The services that run our tools: our website host, our calendar, our messaging tools, and the customer database our team uses. Each holds only what it needs to do its job.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising.
How long we keep it
As long as you are a lead or a client, and for up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Delete your information
Send a DM to @ajthakid on Instagram with "Delete my data". We remove your details from our systems within 30 days and confirm by reply.
